We had an appointment for our GMC Yukon and the night before we smelled antifreeze and saw a few drips under our sons Chevy Colorado. I brought both cars in in the morning hoping to get both looked at. As always, your service advisors were wonderful. The said they would try to work the Colorado in if possible but could not guarantee that this would happen. They did get the Colorado in and ordered a hose. We really appreciate everyone at Valley GMC!

I trust Valley Buick with all my automotive service needs. I have been a customer since at least 1988 and never had a problem with anything! They have saved me hundreds of dollars in repair costs; I never even think about going anywhere else for the service on my two Buicks. I am 80 years old and forgot that I had the transmission fluid changed at 80,000 miles on my Enclave. When it turned 100,000 miles I called to have the fluid changed again. The service department called back and asked if I really wanted it changed AGAIN!!! I trust them!

I had a oil change and tire rotation. They were busy. The service took one hour 15 min. The service manager cane out told me they were busy and would be a little longer. He ended up not charging for tire rotation because of the wait. Normally give a 5. They did there best. I would give 4.5 because of notification of wait and discount.

Experience was positive. The job took about 2X longer than it should have. Service advisor was very apologetic for the overrun on time.

Without an appointment, the Service Staff jumped right on diagnoses of the problem and ordered the part before I was back home. It was already fixed early the next day. THATS SERVICE!

Parts Department was fantastic!!!!

They identified the problem quickly, obtained the parts over night and fixed the problem by noon the next day without replacing the main unit, which would have driven the cost up quite a bit. Thank you to the team once again on keeping my older cars running all these years!

They checked my vehicle thoroughly and made suggestions of what needed to be done if I chose to do them. They changed the oil and put new windshield wipers on. I will decide later when I choose to do the things they suggested. They didn't high pressure me and said my vehicle was owned by someone that took good care of it & that would be me personally.

How to say the best part of experience was the receptions she I was a bit frustrated when I entered because I didn't see the individual who was to provide me services and she explained everything in a nice gentle manner directed me to services person that provided me great service.

The work done was excellent. no complaints about service department. But i don't like walking a block and a half to the very end off your parking lot to pick up my truck. not happy! and when i asked were my truck was i was told by the lady at the desk to go outside and hit my key fob. This not how you treat someone who has just bought a new truck. If it happens again i won't be back. Steve Benike

Anthony always does a wonderful job! Only issue for me was that you pulled all the Buicks from your lot - we had to drive to Apple Valley to finalize the sale and get my new car. Anthony made the process seamless - drove with me to Apple Valley and made sure I had what I needed.

My oil life meter wasn’t reset, it was toggled to but not set. The seat cover and floor cover were left in the vehicle. My last service I had a cabin air cleaner replaced and the glove box was only reattached with one side. I had to attach the other myself. Do better or I won’t be back. For $90 service I except more!

Sales and financial personnel were very efficient and knowledgeable. Appreciate how smooth and seamless the purchase was. I would definitely recommend your dealership to friends.

Monday, June 9th I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 AM. I parked my car outside of the service area and walked in. I waited in line for the next available service representative . A pickup truck pulled in and got out of his truck ahead of me . Steven said to him , Well you must be next since you’re here with your truck. I spoke up and said I am waiting, I have an appointment at 10 for an oil change. His comment was well where is your car? Ignoring me now as I am explaining I didn’t want to drive into this area with my appointment being at 10 am. ( I’m here at 7 am) He cut me off and proceeded with the other man. I confronted the other man saying to him - Do you really think you were ahead of me? His comment was - Well where is your car. And now I have 2 men putting me down. I wont be back to this service area again. As a female I felt I wasn’t being heard and have two men putting me down. That was the last straw. I will not bring my car to be serviced at this place ever again.

Service was fine and communication was good. They stated they replaced a bulb in addition to the repairs requested,however upon leaving my right turn signal bulb did not work. I ended up replacing the bulb myself

I would have given a 5 star rating as it was great service except Tom S my service advisor noted that I would get a "free" car wash and didn't notice that the car "had not" been washed till I got home and had another appointment to go to or I would have returned right than and informed Tom about the car not being washed.

The service was good. But I booked my appointment at least 2 weeks in advance and scheduled for drop off and wait. But the day before my appointment, I was called by the dealership to change my appointment from wait to drop off. I consulted with the person and was able to still get to wait for my service to be completed. I think Valley GMC needs to seriously invest in an online system to schedule appointments that doesn't over-book.

Our Silverado High Country required service on our way to Northern Minnesota over the 4th of July weekend so we limped the truck into Valley GMC and we were greeted by your professional friendly staff. They immediately began to work on the truck confirming the problem of which required tearing down part of the engine and then rebuilding it. This repair would delay our trip by about a day however your mechanics went above and beyond to get us back on the road that that same day. We have never experience this sort of dedication especially over a holiday weekend. We are very great full for all who have helped us with this repair and saving our 4th of July weekend. Your dealer ship has earned our business and will most definitely return for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks again for all your help!!!!!!

When I was on the phone with the customer service rep I informed him about my break squeaking and he stated if my brakes didn't need to be changed that oil be sprayed on it lessen the squeak that was not done also with an oil change your suppose to get a customary Car Wash and that wasn't done and I had to seek assistance to explain the paperwork that I was provided by the nicest customer service rep

Asked the service writer to check my right mirror that seemed to gradually loosen up as I drove in addition to fixing my malfunctioning tailgate, which was the original reason for my visit. Nothing ever done in regards to the mirror. The bed cover to replace my originally installed damaged one finally came in 9 months later (so long I forgot about it!) while my truck was there. No explanation of what was done or not done by a service representative just here’s your paperwork and keys and you can look for your truck out back somewhere! Dropped my truck off at 9:00 AM got a call 6 hrs later that it needed a part that would get there next morning and should be finished early next day. I texted the service representative the next day around 1:30 asking for an update as to when the next ruck might be ready (as I needed to arrange a ride to pick it up. Called and left message around 2:30 so asking again for an update. Finally got a call around 3:30 that all work was completed and I could pick it up. At that point I just came the next morning to pick it up! My sales experience with you guys was 5 star! Your idea of first class service is a joke!!!

I dropped off my service van for an oil change and had a 9 am appt. I got dropped off at the dealership at 12:30 expecting it to be ready and it had even been in the shop yet. Service person said that since it was a drop off that they had the entire day to get it done. I’m self-employed so I need my van to work, that’s why I made an early appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment then???

I’m not dissatisfied with the work performed it’s how it was carried out and communication throughout it. The service advisor heather is very transactional. Maybe that’s just a Minnesota thing but I don’t operate that way, not when you’ve been loyal to one dealership, not when you’re spending over 1k willingly. She never once came to check on me, only once did she see me sitting in the customer lounge and seem startled to see me there in the first place but that’s not why I’m writing this review. I’m writing it because my tech failed to do a write up multi point inspection..I like having that as part of final paperwork and when I asked why it wasn’t there I was just simply dismissed, politely, by the cashier clerk that “he doesn’t like to do them” that’s peak laziness. And this is someone performing work on a multi thousand dollar asset and supposedly certified by GM. Whatever. I didn’t see him, I know he performed the work he was required to do and what I paid for. Also, we discussed at check in the vehicle was due for a tire rotation. I was told that would be done..it wasn’t done nor was it added to the work order. I didnt need it anyway, finally..when I asked heather about why a MPI wasn’t completed I was just simply dismissed “yep everything looks good, he checked” I guess I’ll just have to trust you heather. Final insult to injury? I return to my truck. No wash. Unacceptable. So I will never return to your shop again, nor will I recommend any GM business to you.

I have a new car, doing its 2nd oil change and tire rotation. I was told they would give me a free car wash whenever I wanted. The only time I asked was when I had my 2 oil changes. Both times when I was talking to the service man I asked about the car washes and both times they forgot. I had to tell them twice and wait longer. Please correct this problem!

I was very pleased with the cashiers clear understanding of my paying using my GM Points. Also, very pleased with the driver that took me to a stop in town as my car was being worked on. All were very professional!

This is the second request for info. As I stated it took almost 2 hours for and oil change and tire rotation. A little longer than expected. Good personable people there also.

Scott, went out of the way. I did not make my appointment time. Scott called and asked if everything was OK. It was all good Scott said if I could get there he could get some of the work done. I took my pickup in 2 hrs late and they got it in. Found I needed 2 glow plugs and it would take about 3 hr. I had my appointment set up so I could get a loner car, but with me missing my appointment the loner was loaned out. So Scott had the line tech do the other work , and in that time a loner came in and Scott got me into the loner and the tech got the glow plugs in and about 3.5 hr later. Scott called truck was done.
